Buddy Schuck Dominates at Phoenix! Race Results • Standings • Seg. 2

B Schuck won his second truck race of the year at Phoenix, beating P Thomas to the finish line by 8.41 seconds. SSBob rounded out the top 3 22.00 seconds behind the winner.

The truck series only visit to Phoenix in 2008 saw 8 drivers take the green flag. P Thomas earned the pole with a qualifying lap of 29.803. Y Yerblues started 2nd after a lap time of 29.842 and S Curry started 3rd after a 30.000 second lap.

There were 10 lead changes among 6 drivers as
B Schuck led the most, leading 105 of the 125 laps. P Thomas led 9 and both SSBob and S Racer each led 4 laps.

There were only 2 cautions that slowed competition for 8 laps.

MiZer finished 2nd 0.36 seconds back, while P Thomas rounded out the top 3 0.89 seconds behind the winner.

9 drivers showed up to race Sunday night at Phoenix International Speedway. Qualifying was set randomly for the race due to a server crash during the first attempt at a race. On the second attempt, the distance was lowered to 40 percent.

MiZer led the most laps, leading 79 of the 125 laps. Ricky MG led 28 and SSBob led 9 laps on his way to victory.

There were 10 lead changes among 5 drivers with only 6 cautions that eliminated 21 laps of green flag racing.

Speed Racer is Champ: Wins WTCC Title at Mt Panorama! Race 1 Results • Standings • Statistics Race 2 Results

MajorTom won race one at Mount Panorama Sunday night, but Speed Racer made a fitting conclusion to the WTCC season by capturing race number two and the championship.

Speed was dominant throughout the WTCC season, winning 8 out of the 20 starts. Congratulations Speed!
